BPW History
Founded in 1919, the National Federation of Business and Professional Women's clubs is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-sectarian, self-governing, and member-supported organization.
When you join BPW, you become a part of an association that is dedicated to meeting the needs unique to working women.
In 1965, BPW Florida created its Education Foundation with a clear goal: To build at least one Scholarship House at each Florida university campus to provide housing for female college students.
The Foundation now boasts Houses on the campuses of: Florida State University, University of Central Florida, and Florida Atlantic University.
